  • Do you handle contentious probate, will validity, executry, or private wealth disputes?
  • Have you dealt with capacity, undue influence, fraudulent calumny, or executor removal?
  • Does the firm have a conflict because it acted for the deceased, executor, beneficiary, charity, or will writer?
  • Can you advise before probate or confirmation is granted?
  • What are the costs, funding options, and costs risks?

Helpful public writing marker

A "Helpful" marker means a public article, guide, webinar, podcast, or resource was found that helps explain subtle psychological abuse, coercive control, economic or financial abuse, vulnerable adults, undue influence, or trauma-informed family work. It is not a recommendation. No marker does not mean the firm lacks expertise; it only means no clear public resource was found in this pass.
